The Open Arts and Music Festival is a free all-ages festival which takes place in front of the historic Alex Theatre in Glendale. In the Festival Headpiece Workshop, under the guidance of two experts, you will construct your complex headpiece. They will teach you the basics of head-wear crafting. During the class, you will have the opportunity to learn the technical and structural aspects of artisanal craftsmanship and incorporate your ideas.
