Enchanted Carriages

Have you ever wanted to feel like royalty? Then it's time to spice up your next special occasion with Enchanted Carriages. Enchanted Carriages is a quality horse drawn carriage company that specializes in events and celebrations of all types, including weddings, quinceañeras, holiday events, parties, and anniversaries. Owners Susan and William have operated this unique service for over 20 years. The company serves various locations in Southern California.

The Traditional Carriages are the pristine White Vis-à-vis, Limousine Carriage, Victoria and the Black & Burgundy Vis-à-vis all built in the design of the carriages used by the Royalty of Europe. Or have your own fairy-tale with the Cinderella Coach. For more casual events they can provide the sporty Wagonette and Hay/Hitch Wagon.

The White Vis-à-vis seats four adults or six children comfortably. It has served royalty such as the Duchess of York. The Limousine Carriage is a horse drawn carriage located in Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. It is upholstered in emerald green velvet and lavishly adorned with flowers in any color. You can fit up to six adults or nine children. The Limousine Carriage has been the preferred form of transportation for one of the most famous women in the entire world – Oprah Winfrey. The Black and Burgundy Vis-à-vis is an authentic antique that was driven on the streets of London in the 1800s. It has been in many commercials, movies and TV shows. The Victoria Carriage is designed for romantic, intimate occasions such as a bride’s ride to her ceremony with her father and then whisked away with her groom after their grand exit. It is wonderful for proms, anniversaries and proposals. The Victoria seats two to four children comfortably. It is upholstered in deep red velvet with a hood that can be raised in inclement weather.

From the moment that you step into the Cinderella coach rental in Santa Monica, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale come true. It looks like something that you’ve seen in movies, which explains its name, and it will bring an exquisite touch of magical enchantment to any special occasion. Your family and friends will be amazed when you show up in it with the lights twinkling and your horse leading the way.

For traditional American or Indian/South Asian weddings Enchanted Carriages provides specialized white riding horses. The carriages are lavishly decorated with white flowers and bows or they can tailor them to your event’s design and color.

The carriages are handled by an experienced coachman and an attendant; both dressed in formal top hat and tuxedo, formal western attire or tailored to your event design – whatever you want!

They can also place a professionally made sign on the back of the carriages appropriate to your event; “Just Married”, “Feliz Quinceañera”, “Happy Anniversary”, “Happy Birthday”, etc. You can have your sign personalized for you to keep for a small fee.

Toast the event because they offer either champagne or sparkling cider with lovely champagne flutes in a basket for most events. It's perfect for photos!

All the Enchanted Carriage horses are experienced and lovely. They are radiant white and can go single or as a team. The horses, as well as the carriages and harness, are sparkling clean. The horses’ hooves are painted gloss black, silver or gold. They can weave flowers and/or ribbons into the mane or adorn the bridle with a feather plume for a look of royalty. You can rely on Enchanted Carriages for the finest and most unique events!

In addition, you can share the holiday spirit with friends and family in a horse drawn carriage with Enchanted Carriages special Holiday Lights tours!
